The Pitztal Mountain Advent Market brings the Christmas spirit to life. This small but beautiful Advent market at the small St Mary’s Church sets the scene for romance. Here, you can sample delicious “Kiachl’n” (a fried pastry) and warming mulled wine while you watch a new window open every day. The torchlit hikes, which take place regularly and lead from the Knusperhäuschen in the village centre to the Waldandacht, are also particularly atmospheric.
